What goes into a good workout plan
A plan has to answer four questions: how many days, how to split them, which exercises and how much of each.
- Days you can really keep. Three days you do beat five days you skip. See 3-day and 4-day plans.
- A split that fits those days. Full body, upper/lower or push pull legs.
- Enough weekly sets. How much you do per muscle matters more than which split you pick. See sets and reps for muscle growth.
How Mobbe plans your workouts
Mobbe takes your answers and builds the routine, then shows you why it chose it. You can start right away, swap exercises or load your own routine instead.
The plan does not stay fixed. If you are training fewer days than you planned, it suggests moving to the days you actually train. If something bothers you, the routine looks after that area.
