Common Loop Band Row mistakes
What goes wrong most often when you do the Loop Band Row, and how to fix it.
The band is slack when your arms are extended.
Move away from the anchor until the band is tight from the start. If that's not enough, fold it or use a heavier band.
You lean back to stretch the band instead of pulling.
Keep your torso upright and still, and move only your elbows back along your sides.
The band yanks your hands forward on the way back.
Control the return for two seconds until your arms are extended, without letting the band drag you toward the anchor.
