Common Kettlebell Sumo Squat mistakes
What goes wrong most often when you do the Kettlebell Sumo Squat, and how to fix it.
Your feet are shoulder-width apart and it's not a sumo squat.
Set your feet well wider than your shoulders, with your toes turned out.
The kettlebell touches the floor and you rest at the bottom.
Lower until the kettlebell is a few inches off the floor and stand up without setting it down.
With the wide stance, your knees cave toward the center.
Push your knees out, in line with your toes, especially on the way up.
