Common TRX Chest Press mistakes
What goes wrong most often when you do the TRX Chest Press, and how to fix it.
Your hands drift out to the sides and the straps move as you lower.
Keep your hands shoulder-width apart and lower with your elbows about 45 degrees from your torso.
Your hips fold and your body stops being an inclined board.
Squeeze your glutes and abs and move your body as one piece, from heels to head.
Your feet are so far from the anchor that you can't get back up.
Start more upright with your feet closer to the anchor, and walk back only when you control the descent.
