Common Oblique Crunch mistakes
What goes wrong most often when you do the Oblique Crunch, and how to fix it.
Your elbow closes toward your face to touch your knee.
Keep your elbow open and bring your shoulder toward the opposite knee by rotating your ribs.
The supporting leg lifts to meet your elbow.
Keep the supporting foot planted on the floor and let your torso do the reaching.
The hand behind your head pulls on your neck on every twist.
Rest your head in your hand without pushing it. Your neck follows your torso.
