Common Incline Push Up mistakes
What goes wrong most often when you do the Incline Push Up, and how to fix it.
The bench moves or slides as you push.
Brace the bench against a wall or use a sturdy one before putting your weight on your hands.
The hands grip the edge of the bench at face height.
Place your hands on the edge at lower chest height so your chest reaches the bench.
The feet are too close to the bench and the nearly vertical body takes little effort.
Walk your feet back until your body forms a diagonal; the lower the support, the harder it gets.
